Can I change or cancel my plan later?: Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings > Billing in your dashboard.
What happens when I reach my message limit?: Your agents stop answering new messages until your monthly allowance resets or you move to a larger plan. Your agents and their knowledge stay as they are.
What counts as a message?: Each message a visitor sends to one of your agents counts as one. Your agent's replies don't count separately.
What is a website crawl?: Importing pages from a website into an agent's knowledge counts as one crawl, whether it reads one page or several hundred.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?: No. The free plan only needs an account.
