Every agent has its own page, which you can share as a link or QR code, or embed in an iframe.
Connect the systems behind your site
Actions let the agent look up live information while it talks, instead of only quoting your pages.
- Actions
- Point the agent at an HTTP endpoint, such as your shop system or booking tool, and describe when to use it, or paste a cURL command to set one up. Values from the conversation, like an order number, are filled into the request.
- Actions in the visitor's browser
- Some actions run on your own page instead. They can call your site's API with the visitor's existing login, or trigger something your page defines, such as adding a product to the cart or opening a booking form.
- Lead export
- Download the contacts your agent collects as a CSV file from the Leads tab, ready to import into your CRM or mailing tool.
- Name
- Check order status
- Use when
- A visitor asks where their order is.
- Request
- GET https://api.yourshop.com/orders/{order_number}
- Input
- order_numberasked from the visitor
