Questions

Do I need to install anything?
Not for the demo. To put the assistant on your shop, create a free account, connect your store under Actions the same way, then add one line of code or use the WordPress or Shopify integration.
Which shops can connect?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, VTEX and WordPress shops connect through the public product data they already publish. Most other shops connect through the product search their own site uses. A shop that shows nothing without JavaScript, or blocks automated visits, may not connect yet. Your assistant can still learn your shop from its pages.
Is it safe for my shop?
It only reads public pages and product data, the same things any shopper sees. It needs no passwords or API keys and never changes anything in your shop.
Are prices and stock up to date?
Yes. The assistant looks products up when a shopper asks, so prices and stock are the ones your shop shows at that moment.
What happens to the demo?
It stays available for 24 hours and isn't linked to any account. Create a free account to keep the assistant and connect your store for real.
