Customers should see your company, not your software vendor
When a customer opens the chat on your site, a vendor's name under the message box and a vendor's address in the link raise questions you'd rather not answer: who is this, and where is my message going? Agencies that build agents for clients have the same problem twice over. Many tools call themselves white label but still show their name somewhere, or hide the details behind a sales call. intoCHAT keeps it plain: what your visitors see can carry your brand, the limits are stated up front, and this page lists the plan each part needs.

No "Powered by intoCHAT"
On Starter, Pro and Enterprise, and during the 7-day free trial, switch off the small credit under the message box on the Appearance tab. On the Free plan it always shows.
Your own subdomain
From Pro, connect a subdomain such as chat.yourcompany.com to an agent. It serves the Help Page, the full-page chat and the widget script, with HTTPS set up for you.
Your look and wording
Your colours, your logo as the avatar, font, theme, welcome messages and footer text. Detect branding reads your homepage and proposes a logo and four colours.
Email from your domain
From Pro, the email agent can send its replies from an address on your own domain, such as support@yourcompany.com, once you verify the domain with a few DNS records.
Hand-overs for agencies
Build an agent in your own account, then move it to your client's intoCHAT account with a single-use transfer link. The agent keeps its ID, so the embed code keeps working.
How to put your brand on the agent
Match the look
On the Appearance tab, enter your domain under Match your website and click Detect branding, or set colours, avatar and texts yourself. Pick the widget language: English, German, French, Italian or Spanish.
Switch off the credit
On a paid plan, turn off Show "Powered by intoCHAT" on the same tab and click Save changes. The credit under the message box disappears; your own footer text, such as a privacy notice, stays if you set one.
Connect your subdomain
On Pro or Enterprise, open the Share tab, enter a subdomain under Custom domain and click Add domain. Add the CNAME record the card shows at your DNS provider, click Check now and wait for the status Live.
Load the widget from your domain
Swap your script tag for the one that loads https://chat.yourcompany.com/embed.js. The chat window then runs on your domain too, and the visitor's session is stored under your domain rather than intoCHAT's.
The details, including what isn't offered
A Help Page on your address
Publish a hosted page with your title, a short description, up to 6 links and the chat. On your custom domain it opens at the root, such as https://help.yourcompany.com/, and search engines are pointed at that address.
One agent per domain
Each agent can have one custom domain, and only that agent exists on it. Use a subdomain: root domains such as yourcompany.com can't take the CNAME record this needs.
intoCHAT addresses keep working
The agent's www.intochat.ai chat link, Help Page address and script keep working next to your domain. Without a custom domain, the widget script loads from www.intochat.ai, which anyone can see in your page source.
Replies customers can answer
Emails sent from your domain carry the agent's address as Reply-To, so the customer's answer comes back to the agent. On Starter, the email agent replies from its own address on intoCHAT's email domain.
Preview links for prospects
Show a prospect your real agent over a screenshot of their own website before anything is installed. The preview page has a small notice, "Preview of" your agent "made with intoCHAT", which the visitor can dismiss.
Hand-over without starting over
A transfer moves the agent with its knowledge, settings, conversations, leads and contacts. Connections that hold your credentials, such as a store, helpdesk or booking connection, are removed, and your client connects their own.
Not a reseller platform
There is no rebranded dashboard, no client sub-accounts under your brand and no reselling at your own prices. You and your clients sign in to the intoCHAT dashboard, which has no custom domain.

Frequently asked questions
What is a white-label AI chatbot?
A chatbot that shows your brand instead of the vendor's. In intoCHAT that means switching off the "Powered by intoCHAT" credit on any paid plan, giving the widget your colours, logo and wording, and, from Pro, serving the chat, the Help Page and the widget script from a subdomain of yours. The dashboard you work in stays intoCHAT's.
How do I remove "Powered by intoCHAT"?
Open the agent's Appearance tab, switch off Show "Powered by intoCHAT" and save. This works on Starter, Pro and Enterprise and during the 7-day free trial. On the Free plan the switch is locked on, and if your subscription ends, the credit shows again until you subscribe.
Can the chat run on my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Enterprise, on a subdomain such as chat.yourcompany.com. You add a CNAME record at your DNS provider, and HTTPS is set up automatically. The domain then shows the Help Page (or the full-page chat when the Help Page is off), the chat at /chat and the widget script at /embed.js.
Can I use my root domain, like yourcompany.com?
Not yet. Root domains can't have the CNAME record a custom domain needs, so use a subdomain. On every plan you can still show the Help Page on a page of your own site with an iframe: the address bar then shows your domain, while the page inside the frame is served by intoCHAT.
Can I resell intoCHAT under my own brand?
No. There is no reseller or white-label dashboard, no client sub-accounts under your brand and no way to set your own prices inside intoCHAT. Agencies build agents in their own account and hand them over with a transfer link, or the client invites them to their account as team members. intoCHAT's partner program pays 30% of what referred accounts pay in their first 12 months, but it is a referral program, not a white-label one.
Will my visitors still see intoCHAT anywhere?
With the credit off and a custom domain, the chat window shows your look and runs on your domain. Without a custom domain, the script and the chat link use www.intochat.ai, visible in your page source or the address bar. On Starter, email replies come from the agent's address on intoCHAT's email domain, and preview links for prospects always carry a small "made with intoCHAT" notice.
How does handing an agent to a client work?
On the Agents page, open the agent's menu, choose Transfer to another account, optionally enter your client's email address and create the link. It works once and expires after 7 days. When your client accepts, the agent moves to their account with its knowledge, settings and conversations, and counts toward their plan. It keeps its ID, so the embed code on their site keeps working.
Do allowed domains still apply on a custom domain?
Yes. Allowed domains decide which websites can show the chat or use the widget, whichever domain the script comes from. If your site sends a Content Security Policy, allow your custom domain instead of https://www.intochat.ai when you load the script from it. A private agent's chat doesn't work on the custom domain either.
