Connect your store: live product search with product cards
Agents can now search a shop's live catalog during a chat and show matching products as cards with an image, price and link. Setup takes one pasted address.

Product questions are often about things that change every day: what's available, what it costs, which variants exist. Connect your store gives your agent a live view of your catalog. Open the Actions tab, select Connect your website and paste the address shoppers visit. intoCHAT works out which platform the shop runs on and creates the product search actions for it.
It reads only public shop data, the same information any visitor can see, so there are no API keys to create and no app to install. When a visitor asks for a product, the agent searches the shop and shows the best matches as cards with an image, price and link to the product page.
The connection is read-only, so order status, returns and checkout stay with your shop. To see it before signing up, paste any shop address on the Connect your store page and search it through the chat.
