intoCHAT launches: an AI chatbot trained on your own content

The first public version of intoCHAT. Businesses can train an AI chatbot on their website, documents and notes and put it on their site with one line of code.

  • NewTrain a chatbot on pages from your website, uploaded PDF, DOCX and TXT files, or text you paste in.
  • NewWrite the chatbot's instructions yourself or start from a ready-made template.
  • NewSet a welcome message and suggested questions that visitors can click to start a conversation.
  • NewMatch the widget to your brand with your own bubble, header and message colors.
  • NewTest answers in the playground before the chatbot goes live.
  • NewAdd the chat bubble to any site by pasting one script tag before the closing body tag.

intoCHAT started with one job: answer visitors' questions from a business's own content. You create a chatbot, give it a name and instructions, and add knowledge from your website, uploaded documents or plain text. intoCHAT splits that content into passages and searches it each time a visitor asks something, so answers draw on your own material.

Before going live, you try the chatbot in the playground, adjust the instructions and add content wherever an answer falls short. The chat interface settings cover the welcome message, the suggested questions and the colors of the bubble, header and messages.

To publish, you copy the embed code: one script tag that loads the chat bubble on every page where you place it. The same snippet still works today, with many more settings around it.
