Visitors who ask about prices or availability are often ready to talk, and the conversation is the natural moment to ask how to reach them. Lead collection adds a short form to the chat for exactly that. It asks for an email address, a phone number or both, and nothing else.
Turn it on in the Leads tab and pick a trigger. Manual shows the form only when a visitor asks to be contacted. AI-driven lets the chatbot offer it when it notices clear interest. Rule-based shows it after a set number of messages or when a visitor uses one of your keywords, and Hybrid combines rules with the AI. You also decide what happens after someone submits: keep chatting, show a thank-you message, or mark the request as handled externally so the visitor reads that your team will take it from here.
Every lead appears in the Leads tab, and you can export the list as a CSV file. In October 2026 intoCHAT added email alerts for new leads and the option to save contact details that visitors type straight into the chat.
