This release is about how intoCHAT explains itself. The homepage, pricing page and sign-in screens were redesigned, and new pages describe how intoCHAT fits ecommerce shops, healthcare practices, SaaS companies and support teams, along with the platforms it can be installed on.
The documentation was rewritten from scratch. It starts with a quick start and the core ideas behind an agent, from its knowledge and instructions to actions, then walks through installation with the script tag, in React and Next.js, on WordPress and on Shopify.
You can also try intoCHAT on its own website now, since an intoCHAT agent answers questions there. Behind the scenes, chat requests got tighter rate limits and input checks to keep agents responsive and protected from abuse.
