This release reworks most of intoCHAT. Chatbots are now called agents throughout the app, and the dashboard opens with an overview: conversations, messages and leads per day over 7, 30 or 90 days, a table of your agents, and notes on what needs attention, such as an agent without knowledge or a plan close to its monthly message limit.
Training moved to a new knowledge panel where you add websites, files, text or Q&A pairs, the last being the place to write the exact answer to a question you expect. Uploads now cover PowerPoint, Excel, OpenDocument, RTF, EPUB, CSV and Markdown as well as PDF and Word, including older .doc files that could not be read before. Behind it, answers come from hybrid search over your content.
In the Appearance tab, brand import reads a website address and proposes its logo and four widget colors, without using a crawl. Actions gained a cURL import, ready-made authentication options and client-side actions, which run a JavaScript function you register on your page with window.IntoChatActions.register. Each agent can have up to 25 actions.
