Accounting firm chatbot template
Explains your services, packages, onboarding steps and published deadlines from your own information, and collects new client enquiries. It never gives tax or financial advice for an individual situation.
For accounting firms, tax advisors and bookkeepers who answer the same questions before every engagement: what do you charge, what do you need from me, can you take over my bookkeeping. The agent answers from your service and price information, explains how onboarding works and collects contact details from prospective clients.

Visitor: I run a small online shop as a sole trader. Can you do my bookkeeping?
Agent: Yes. For sole traders we offer the Basic package with monthly bookkeeping, VAT returns and the annual tax return, from €180 per month depending on the number of transactions. You get the exact price in a quote after a short call.
Visitor: Can I deduct my home office?
Agent: I can't advise on what you can deduct. It depends on your situation, and one of our advisors will go through it with you once you're a client.
Visitor: OK. Can you send me a quote?
Agent: Of course. Leave your email in the form below and we'll send you a quote for your shop.
