Law firm intake chatbot template
Explains your practice areas, consultation fees and how working with your firm starts, from your own information, and collects an email or phone number from prospective clients. It never gives legal advice.
For law firms and solo lawyers who get many first enquiries through their website and by phone. The agent explains which areas you cover, what a first consultation costs and what to prepare, and collects contact details so a lawyer can follow up. It does not assess cases or give legal advice.
Last updated:
Visitor: My employer dismissed me last week without notice. Do I have a case?
Agent: I'm sorry to hear that. I can't assess cases or give legal advice, but employment law is one of our practice areas. A first consultation with one of our employment lawyers costs €150 for 45 minutes, and that is where you get advice on your situation.
Visitor: Is there a deadline I need to worry about?
Agent: Which deadlines apply depends on your situation, and a lawyer needs to check that. If you're worried about time, call our office directly so we can arrange a first consultation quickly.
Visitor: OK, how do I get a consultation?
Agent: You can book on our booking page, or leave your email or phone in the form below and our office will contact you.

Frequently asked questions
Can the agent give legal advice?
No. The instructions tell the agent never to assess a case, its chances or deadlines, and to say that only a lawyer can advise. It explains your practice areas, fees and process, and collects contact details so a lawyer can follow up.
Can it book consultations?
No. intoCHAT has no booking or calendar features. The agent links to your booking page or phone number and, when a visitor wants to be contacted, collects their email or phone through the lead form.
What happens to what visitors type?
