FAQ generator: questions and answers from any web page

Paste the address of one page. We read it and write the questions your visitors are likely to ask, with answers taken only from that page.

Pick a page with real content, such as pricing, services, shipping or an existing help page.

How the FAQ generator works

The tool opens the page you enter, removes navigation and other repeated parts, and reads the main text. Pages that load their content with JavaScript are rendered first.

An AI model then writes 8 to 12 questions a visitor might ask and answers each one using only facts from that page. If the page does not support that many, you get fewer. Nothing is added from general knowledge.

Why Q&A pairs help an AI agent

A website chatbot finds answers by searching your content. Short question and answer pairs match the way people actually ask, so the right answer is easier to find.

In intoCHAT, Q&A answers take priority over other sources. Use them for answers that must be worded exactly, such as return rules, delivery areas or what a plan includes.

Tips for better results

  • Run the tool on the pages that get the most questions: pricing, shipping, returns, services and contact.
  • Read every answer before you use it. Fix wording and remove anything that is out of date.
  • Add questions in the words your customers use. Your chat logs and support emails are good sources.
  • Keep each answer to one topic. Two short pairs work better than one long one.

Frequently asked questions

How does the FAQ generator create questions from a URL?

It reads the main text of the page you enter and asks an AI model to write the questions a visitor would likely ask. Each answer is written only from facts on that page. If a fact is not on the page, it is not in the answer.

Can I import the CSV into intoCHAT?

You can upload the CSV as a file source, and the agent will learn from it. For answers that must be used word for word, add each pair under Knowledge as a Q&A source, because Q&A answers take priority over other sources.

Which pages work best?

Pages with plenty of concrete information work best, such as pricing, services, shipping, returns or an existing help page. Pages that are mostly images, forms or a login screen do not give the model enough to work with.

Is the FAQ generator free?

Yes, and you do not need an account. Each visitor can run it a few times per hour so that the tool stays available for everyone.

Do you store the page or the questions?

No. The page text and the generated questions are not saved by intoCHAT. The only thing kept is a short-lived counter per IP address that limits how often the tool can be used.
