What is intoCHAT?
intoCHAT lets you build an AI chat agent trained on your own website, documents and Q&A pairs, and add it to your site with one line of code or the WordPress plugin. You don't need to write code to set it up.
How do I train my chatbot?
Add your website (intoCHAT finds up to 500 pages and you choose which to read), upload files such as PDF, Word, Excel or CSV, paste text, import Notion pages, or write Q&A pairs for answers that must be worded exactly. Retrain a source whenever its content changes, or turn on auto-resync to re-read website and Notion pages daily or weekly.
Which languages can the agent reply in?
The agent replies in the language each visitor writes in, even when your content is in a single language. You can also set a reply language for it to use.
Can I integrate my chatbot with other platforms?
You can add the agent to any website with a script tag, the WordPress plugin, an inline iframe, a direct link or a hosted Help Page. Custom API actions let it call your own systems, Connect your store adds live product search for Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and VTEX, and visitors can book meetings through Cal.com or Calendly in the chat. Signed webhooks send new leads, hand-off requests, form submissions and bookings to your own server or to Zapier, Make or n8n, Slack alerts post them to a channel, and leads export as CSV. From Starter, the REST API lets your own server chat with your agents and read conversations, leads and sources, and the JavaScript SDK controls the chat widget from your page. On Starter and higher, intoCHAT's Zapier app starts Zaps on new leads, bookings and other events, and can send messages to your agents. From Starter, the agent also answers on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. There is no Make app yet.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan only needs an account.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings > Billing in your dashboard.
How secure is my data with intoCHAT?
Data travels over HTTPS. You decide what each agent learns from, each agent only searches its own knowledge, visitors share contact details only if they choose to, you can delete conversations and leads, and you can protect your email-and-password sign-in with two-factor authentication. Answers are written by the agent's model, so visitor messages and relevant passages of your content are sent to its provider: Anthropic by default, or OpenAI or Google if you choose one of their models. intoCHAT holds no security certification.
