There is no automatic import. Crawl your website in intoCHAT, upload the documents from your Botpress Knowledge Base and add Q&A pairs for answers that must be exact. Flows and custom code do not carry over, but you can recreate API calls as custom API actions.
Does intoCHAT support WhatsApp?
No. intoCHAT is built for your website: a chat bubble, an inline iframe, a share link, the WordPress plugin or a Shopify theme snippet. If you need WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or Slack, Botpress is the better choice.
Do I need to build flows or write code in intoCHAT?
