What intoCHAT is

intoCHAT (written with “CHAT” in capitals, at intochat.ai) is a no-code tool for building an AI chat agent that is trained on a business’s own website, documents and Q&A and placed on its website. It is aimed at small and mid-sized businesses and online shops.

What it does

Learns from your website (crawl with sitemap and link discovery, up to 500 pages, with a page picker and exclude rules), uploaded files (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OpenDocument, RTF, EPUB, CSV, TXT, Markdown), text snippets and Q&A pairs.
Answers with hybrid semantic and keyword search over that content. It is instructed to stay grounded in your sources, to say when it does not know, and to ignore prompt-injection attempts.
Replies in the visitor’s language.
Installs with one script tag, an inline iframe, a shareable link, the official WordPress plugin or a Shopify theme snippet.
Lets you set colours, avatar, launcher icon and text, placeholder, position, welcome message and suggested questions, or import your logo and colours from your website.
Collects leads in the chat (email and/or phone; shown manually, by the AI, by rules or both), captures contact details typed in the chat, and emails each new lead to up to six recipients.
Calls your own HTTP APIs during a chat (up to 25 actions per agent, with bearer, basic or API-key auth and cURL import) and runs JavaScript actions in the visitor’s browser.
Searches live products in Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, VTEX and WordPress shops, and many custom shops, from public store data, with no API keys, and shows product cards.
Shows conversations, messages and leads over 7, 30 or 90 days, with searchable chat logs.
