Partner program
Earn 30% of what the accounts you refer pay intoCHAT for their first 12 months: joining, your link, how sign-ups are attributed, commissions, the refund hold, payouts and the rules.
The partner program pays you for recommending intoCHAT. You share a personal link. When someone signs up through it and pays for a plan, you earn 30% of what they pay, without tax, for their first 12 months. intoCHAT pays your balance by hand, monthly, once it's at least $50.
It's personal and free. Anyone with an intoCHAT account can join, on any plan, Free included. Your partner link, commissions and payout email belong to you, whichever account you work in as a team member.
Join
- Go to Settings, Partner program in the sidebar.
- Read the terms summary on the card. It's the same as The rules below.
- Optionally enter your Payout email now. You can add or change it later.
- Tick I accept the partner program terms above and click Join the partner program.
Your partner dashboard opens straight away, with your link.
Your link
Your link looks like https://www.intochat.ai/?ref=AB3K7PQX. The code after ref= is yours: 8 letters and digits, given when you join. It can't be changed.
- It works on any intoCHAT page. Add
?ref=and your code to the address of a page you want to share, such as the pricing page or a blog post. - Copy next to the link copies it.
Which sign-ups count
A sign-up is yours when:
- the person opened a page with your link in the same browser within the 60 days before signing up;
- they didn't open another partner's link after yours. The latest partner link opened wins;
- they create a new intoCHAT account, with an email and password or with Google. Existing accounts can't be attributed later, and a sign-up stays with the partner it was attributed to.
The link is remembered in a first-party cookie for 60 days. Someone who blocks cookies, switches browser or device, or clears their cookies before signing up isn't attributed to you, and intoCHAT can't add them afterwards.
A sign-up isn't attributed when the new account is yours: the same email address, including variants with a +tag and, for Gmail, with dots.
Commissions
Each payment a referred account makes during its first 12 months earns one commission:
- Amount: 30% of what the payment paid, without tax. Discounts and coupons are already taken off. A payment of $0, for example with a 100% coupon, earns nothing.
- 12 months: counted from the account's first paid invoice. Payments after that earn nothing, even if the account keeps paying.
- Currency: the payment's currency.
Status
The Commissions table lists each one with the payment date, the payment without tax, the commission and its status:

| Paid | Included in a payout, with its date. |
| Void | The payment was refunded, credited or disputed, so the commission doesn't count. |
A refund, a credit note or a dispute on a payment voids its whole commission, also for a partial refund, as long as it hasn't been paid out. That's why commissions wait 30 days before they're available.
Your dashboard
Above the table, the dashboard shows:
- Sign-ups: accounts created through your link.
- Paying customers: referred accounts that earned at least one commission that isn't void.
- Pending, Available and Paid out: the totals of your commissions in each state.
The dashboard doesn't show who the referred accounts are. intoCHAT doesn't count clicks on your link.
Payouts
- intoCHAT pays your Available balance once a month, by hand, when it's at least $50.
- The payment goes to your Payout email: intoCHAT contacts you there to arrange it. Without a payout email, nothing can be paid. Add it under Payout email and click Save.
- Each payout appears under Payouts with its date, amount and the email it went to, and its commissions change to Paid.
- Balances in different currencies are paid separately.
The rules
These are the terms you accept when you join:
- You earn 30% of what each account you refer pays intoCHAT, without tax, for that account's first 12 months, counted from its first paid invoice.
- An account counts as referred when it signs up within 60 days of opening your link, in the same browser, and no other partner's link was opened after yours.
- Each commission becomes payable 30 days after its payment. Refunded, credited or disputed payments void their commission.
- intoCHAT pays the payable balance by hand, monthly, to the payout email you give, once it's at least $50.
- Referring yourself or your own accounts, and fraud, void the commissions involved.
For agencies
If you build agents for clients, build the agent in your own account and transfer it to your client's account when it's ready. If your client signed up through your partner link, their payments earn you commissions too.
Limits
- No click statistics, and no list of the referred accounts.
- One link and one code per partner. You can't choose or change the code.
- No automatic payouts: payouts are made by hand.
- A partner account suspended for a breach of the rules gets no new sign-ups or commissions. The dashboard says so.
